KnowledgeCRM Terms of Service

Effective date: 7 October 2026

These Terms govern use of KnowledgeCRM, a business customer relationship, telecalling, marketing and connected-channel operations platform provided by Knowledge Online.

1. Authorized use

KnowledgeCRM is intended for authorized organizational users. Users must protect their account credentials, follow their organization's permissions and use the platform only for legitimate business purposes.

2. Connected services

KnowledgeCRM may connect to third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram and telephony providers. A user may connect only accounts they are authorized to administer. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies and availability.

3. OAuth authorization

When a user authorizes a connected provider, KnowledgeCRM will use the granted permissions only to provide the enabled integration features. Users may revoke supported connections through KnowledgeCRM or the relevant provider.

4. Customer data and communications

Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and appropriate permissions for customer data, marketing communications, calls, messages and uploaded content processed through KnowledgeCRM.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not use KnowledgeCRM for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized or security-compromising activities, including unauthorized access to third-party accounts or sending communications in violation of applicable law or provider rules.

6. Availability and changes

We work to maintain reliable service, but connected-provider APIs, network conditions, maintenance or other events can affect availability. We may update features and workflows to improve security, compliance or functionality.

7. Security and suspension

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, unauthorized use, policy violations or material risks to the service or connected accounts.

8. Privacy

Our processing of personal information and connected Google data is described in the KnowledgeCRM Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KnowledgeCRM is provided for business operations without a guarantee that every third-party integration, delivery, sync or external service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing requirements

These Terms are subject to applicable laws of India together with any mandatory rights or obligations that cannot be excluded by agreement.
